Party Bus, Charter Bus & Minibus Rentals in Plantation, Florida
Plantation sits at the crossroads of I-595 and SR-84, close enough to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to make group transfers a real logistical headache — and close enough to Miami, Hard Rock Stadium, and the Broward County event circuit to make a bus rental the smarter call. Miamipartybuscompany.com makes it fast and free to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Plantation and all of South Florida. Call 786-605-7460 or use the online quote form to get pricing in under 60 seconds.
The Smart Way to Find a Party Bus in Plantation
Miamipartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation provider. It's a free tool that lets you fill out one quick form and instantly compare vehicles and rates from a large network of bus companies serving Plantation, Broward County, and all of South Florida. No account required.
No obligation. Just fast, free pricing for the trip you're actually planning.
That distinction matters more than it might sound. Because Miamipartybuscompany.com isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available. The network includes Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos, party buses from 15 to 50 passengers, minibuses, and full-size charter buses up to 56 passengers — so whether you need a compact vehicle for a corporate airport run or a full coach for a South Florida wedding guest shuttle, there's a fit.
Fill out the form or call 786-605-7460 any time, any day, and compare real options for your date and headcount in about a minute.

Your Plantation Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Different trips call for different setups. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — built for celebrations that start before you arrive. A minibus is the practical pick for corporate shuttles, wedding guest loops between Plantation hotel blocks and ceremony venues, or airport transfers: powerful A/C, reclining seats, and enough overhead storage for carry-ons without any of the party-bus footprint.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which makes a real difference on longer runs to Miami Beach, the Keys, or multi-stop Broward County itineraries. Amenities vary by vehicle, but the quote form lets you filter by what matters most for your specific trip.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 786-605-7460 before booking.
Plantation Party Bus Prices
Plantation party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. As a planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a full-size charter bus typically falls in the $200–$350 per hour range any day of the week. Per-day rates for a charter bus range from about $1,350 to $2,850 depending on the provider and the itinerary.
Those are planning figures — the exact number moves with your specific date, headcount, and route. Peak demand around Fort Lauderdale-area events, Dolphins home season, and South Florida prom season (April–May) pushes rates up and shrinks availability fast. The fastest way to know exactly what you're looking at for YOUR trip is to call 786-605-7460 or use the online form.
Pricing comes back in about a minute. Check the party bus prices page for more planning detail.

Compare Prices on Plantation Party Buses
The traditional way to book group transportation — call a company, describe your trip, wait for a callback, repeat — is a time sink. Miamipartybuscompany.com replaces that with one form and instant results. Fill in your date, group size, and where you're going, and the network surfaces available vehicles and rates from bus companies serving Plantation and greater South Florida. You compare them side by side.
No callbacks. No hold music. No obligation.
Because this is a comparison tool rather than a single-fleet operator, availability is dramatically wider. A solo bus company either has your vehicle or it doesn't. Miamipartybuscompany.com draws from a full network, so the right fit for a 14-person corporate run and the right fit for a 50-person quinceañera are both findable in the same place. Got questions about vehicle specs, itinerary options, or how airport pickups actually work at FLL or MIA?
A support team is available every day of the year at 786-605-7460 to walk through the details with you — no pressure, no script, just real answers for your specific trip.
Plantation Party Bus Services Available
Whatever's bringing your group together in Plantation or sending them across South Florida, there's a vehicle in the network for it. From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding guest loops, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts, corporate events, and field trips — the quote form covers every occasion.

Plantation Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) sits roughly 5 miles northeast of Plantation via I-595 East — close on a map, genuinely painful when a group of 20 is trying to coordinate pickups across four different arrival terminals on a Friday afternoon. FLL's ground transportation curbside runs along the lower level of each terminal, and commercial vehicles use designated pickup zones by terminal. Coordinating that without a pre-arranged vehicle means a lot of phones blowing up and a lot of circling.
For groups flying into Miami International Airport (MIA) instead, the drive up the Palmetto Expressway to Plantation runs 35–45 minutes under normal conditions — considerably longer during the I-95/826 interchange backups that are routine on weekday evenings. A minibus or charter bus handles the routing and the baggage while the group settles in, which matters after a long flight. Call 786-605-7460 to set up your Plantation airport shuttle and confirm pickup logistics for your specific terminal.

Plantation Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Plantation bachelorette night typically heads one of two directions: Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas Boulevard bar district or straight down I-95 to Miami's Wynwood and South Beach. Las Olas runs about 12 miles east via Broward Boulevard and fills up fast on Friday and Saturday nights — street parking is metered and aggressively enforced, and the rideshare queue on Las Olas Boulevard itself backs up well past midnight. Miami's South Beach adds 45 minutes each way and means navigating the MacArthur Causeway at 2am on top of it.
A bachelorette party bus from Plantation keeps the itinerary flexible and the group together across every stop — LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs on board so the celebration runs from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nobody has to be the responsible one for the night. Call 786-605-7460 to compare 15- to 50-passenger party bus options for your date.

Plantation Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
South Florida is one of the country's biggest markets for quinceañera celebrations, and Plantation is right in the middle of it — banquet halls and event venues throughout the Weston and Miramar corridors host major celebrations year-round. A birthday party bus rental seating 15 to 50 passengers makes the arrival part of the event — and for quinceañeras and Sweet 16s specifically, white, black, or silver buses are often available to match the décor theme.
For milestone adult birthdays heading to Miami Beach rooftops or Fort Lauderdale clubs, a party bus handles the logistics while everyone stays together for the whole night. Instead of asking guests to coordinate their own Ubers from Plantation at 11pm, the bus runs on your timeline. Rates for a 25-passenger party bus start around $275 per hour on weekends — call 786-605-7460 for exact pricing on your date.

Plantation Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Plantation groups heading to concerts have two major venue corridors within easy reach. Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) — home to the Florida Panthers and a full touring concert calendar — sits about 8 miles northwest of Plantation on I-595 West. Parking at Amerant Bank Arena runs $40–$50 plus tax per event for Panthers games, sells out for major shows, and means a long post-concert walk back across a packed surface lot.
A charter bus from Plantation drops the group at the arena entrance and stages nearby for pickup.
For stadium-scale shows, Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens) is roughly 30 miles south on the Turnpike. Rideshare pickup at Hard Rock routes to Lot 44 — an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates after the show. A concert party bus from Plantation keeps the whole group together from pregame to post-show without a midnight parking lot scavenger hunt.
Call 786-605-7460 to compare options for your specific show date.

Plantation Corporate Event Transportation
Plantation's corporate corridor runs along Broward Boulevard and Peters Road, with offices concentrated in the Plantation Commerce Park and Midtown Plantation districts. Getting a team of 20 or 30 from their hotel blocks near the Plantation Sunrise Marriott to an event at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center (1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) without parking chaos means a minibus or charter bus is the practical call — SR-84 through Davie and I-95 into downtown Fort Lauderdale congests hard during evening events.
For larger conventions or multi-day corporate shuttles, a full-size charter bus handles the volume and undercarriage bays take care of presentation materials and luggage without overhead bin scrambles. A Plantation corporate charter bus can also run repeating shuttle loops between hotel blocks and event venues on a set schedule, keeping attendance punctual without anyone needing to self-navigate. Call 786-605-7460 to discuss shuttle contracts and multi-day packages.

Plantation Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, milestone celebrations, and group outings that span multiple Broward or Miami-Dade stops all become dramatically easier when one bus handles the routing. A Plantation private event charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule — no stragglers, no one taking a wrong exit on I-95, no parking argument at the third stop of the day.
Multi-venue itineraries work especially well with a minibus for smaller groups of 15–20 or a full charter bus for 40-plus. Think a Saturday that starts with brunch in Davie, runs through an afternoon stop at Markham Park in Sunrise, and finishes with dinner in Fort Lauderdale. The bus stages between stops and meets the group at each exit, so the itinerary moves without anyone having to manage logistics mid-event.
Call 786-605-7460 to talk through what your private event itinerary looks like and compare vehicle options.

Plantation Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Plantation High School, South Plantation High, and the surrounding Broward County high schools all hold proms within the same compressed April–May window, and demand for party buses across the entire Plantation–Davie–Miramar corridor spikes hard during those six weeks. Waiting until March to book means premium pricing or no availability at all. For prom: book by December.
That's not an exaggeration — the most popular vehicle sizes (20–30 passengers) disappear first, and what's left at the last minute costs significantly more.
Miamipartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in your date months out without pressure. Compare vehicles, confirm your pickup plan, and get the amenities your group actually wants — LED lighting, premium sound, flat-panel TVs — without scrambling. Plantation prom party bus rentals go fast every single year.
Call 786-605-7460 as soon as your date is confirmed.

Plantation School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School field trips out of Plantation connect naturally to a strong set of regional destinations — Markham Park (16001 W State Road 84, Sunrise, FL 33326), just a few miles west of Plantation off SR-84, offers outdoor education programming for school groups. The Museum of Discovery and Science (401 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312) runs active IMAX and exhibit programming for K–12 groups and is about 10 miles northeast via I-595 East and I-95 North. Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) is a longer haul — roughly 45 miles south on the Turnpike — and absolutely warrants a charter bus with onboard restrooms for the ride.
Charter buses used for Plantation school field trips typically include overhead bins for backpacks and lunchboxes, TV screens for the ride, and undercarriage bays for larger gear. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when requesting your quote. Call 786-605-7460 to confirm the right bus size for your headcount and route.

Plantation Sporting Event Transportation
Plantation fans heading to Florida Panthers games at Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) have a short ride — about 8 miles west on I-595 — but parking on a playoff night fills the surface lots fast and early. A charter bus from Plantation drops the group at the arena entrance, stages in an oversized vehicle area nearby, and has everyone back at the bus the moment the final horn sounds — no post-game lot scramble required.
Dolphins fans making the run down to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens (roughly 30 miles south on the Florida Turnpike) know that Lot 44 rideshare pickup is a 25-minute walk from the gates after a night game. A Plantation game-day charter bus bypasses that entirely and drops the group directly at the stadium approach. For Heat games at Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), official bus drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street — steps from the main entrance.
Call 786-605-7460 to get pricing for your game day.

Plantation Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues in the Plantation–Weston–Davie corridor — like The Bonaventure Resort & Spa (250 Racquet Club Rd, Weston, FL 33326) and similar Broward banquet facilities — often sit well off the main roads, which means guests navigating unfamiliar suburban streets at night after a reception end up lost, circling, or calling Ubers that don't arrive for 20 minutes. A Plantation wedding shuttle bus removes all of that — staged pickups from hotel blocks, a clean run to the ceremony, and a return loop after the reception that keeps guests from stranding themselves.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works perfectly as a bridal party vehicle on the day itself — leather interior, individual climate control, and a clean aesthetic that photographs well. For large guest lists shuttling from Plantation-area hotels to a Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale venue, a charter bus handles 40–56 guests in one trip. Call 786-605-7460 to build a wedding transportation plan around your specific venues and timeline.

Plantation Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Plantation is well-positioned for a Broward County brewery crawl. Tripping Animals Brewing (2685 NW 105th Ave, Miami, FL 33172) is about 30 miles south, but the closer craft beer circuit is right in the Plantation–Davie–Fort Lauderdale corridor. The taprooms along Davie Road offer a tight geographic cluster that a minibus or party bus can loop efficiently without anyone backtracking.
For groups that want the full South Florida winery experience, the drive to wine shops and tasting venues in Coral Springs or Boca Raton runs 20–30 miles north on I-95 — manageable on a Saturday itinerary with a minibus handling the routing between stops. A Plantation winery tour bus rental keeps the group together across every stop, so no one has to calculate a safe route home at the end of the evening. Call 786-605-7460 to map out your crawl and compare vehicle options.

How much does a party bus cost in Plantation?
Plantation party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and trip length. As planning ranges: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a charter bus generally falls between $200 and $350 per hour. Pricing for your specific date and route comes back in about a minute — call 786-605-7460 or use the online form.
See the party bus prices page for more detail.
How far is Plantation from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport?
FLL is approximately 5 miles northeast of Plantation via I-595 East — typically a 10–15 minute drive under normal conditions, but that stretch of I-595 backs up significantly during afternoon drive hours and on busy travel days. For groups arriving on evening flights, a pre-arranged minibus or charter bus handles the timing without anyone circling the terminal or waiting for rideshare surge pricing to settle.
What's the best vehicle for a Plantation corporate shuttle?
For groups of 15–25 heading between Plantation offices and Fort Lauderdale convention venues or MIA/FLL, a minibus is typically the right call — compact enough to navigate urban drop-off lanes, comfortable enough for a business crowd, and available at $200–$250 per hour on weekdays. For larger groups of 30 or more, a full charter bus handles the volume and undercarriage bays take care of presentation gear and luggage. Call 786-605-7460 to discuss repeating shuttle contracts and multi-day rates.
Which Plantation-area venues require advance charter bus coordination?
Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise requires pre-event coordination for oversized vehicle staging on game and concert nights — surface lot space fills fast and the approach on Panther Parkway gets congested well before doors open. The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in downtown Fort Lauderdale has designated commercial vehicle loading zones on Eisenhower Boulevard but requires confirmation in advance for multi-bus groups. When requesting a quote, mention your specific venue so the right approach and staging plan can be confirmed.
Can a charter bus handle a multi-stop itinerary across Broward County?
Yes — and it's one of the strongest use cases for a charter bus or minibus rental out of Plantation. A multi-stop itinerary (brewery crawl, wedding guest loop between hotel blocks and venues, or a day trip hitting multiple Broward County parks) works far more smoothly with one bus staging between locations than with a caravan of cars trying to stay together across I-595 and SR-84 interchanges. The bus sets a single departure time at each stop, which keeps the group on schedule without anyone getting separated.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Plantation?
For most events, booking 2–4 months out gives you good vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For prom and homecoming (April–May in Broward County), book by December — the window between December booking and April prom night is where pricing is best and availability is widest. For New Year's Eve, Art Basel Miami Beach (early December), and Dolphins playoff games, the same urgency applies: the earlier you confirm, the better the rate.
Call 786-605-7460 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Plantation Party Bus Destinations
Plantation's location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami puts a serious range of venues within easy bus range. Here are six of the most popular group destinations for Plantation party bus rentals — with the logistics that actually matter for planning your trip.

Amerant Bank Arena
Home to the NHL's Florida Panthers since 1998, Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) seats 19,250 for hockey and hosts a full concert and event lineup year-round. It's about 8 miles from central Plantation via I-595 West to Panther Parkway — roughly a 15-minute drive under normal conditions, but Panther Parkway and the surrounding surface lots back up hard 90 minutes before playoff games and major shows. Parking runs $40–$50 plus tax for Panthers games and the closest lots fill first.
A charter bus from Plantation drops the group at the arena entrance and avoids the post-game lot scramble entirely, which matters after a 10pm weeknight game. Check the official arena directions and parking page before your visit for current lot assignments and road closure information. Phone: (954) 835-7825

Markham Park
Markham Park (16001 W State Road 84, Sunrise, FL 33326) spans 666 acres just west of Plantation along SR-84 and is one of Broward County's primary destinations for outdoor group events — including the annual South Florida Fairgrounds and remote-control aviation meets that draw hundreds of spectators. The park's main entrance off SR-84 handles vehicle flow reasonably well for smaller events but congests quickly when major festivals fill the east and west parking areas. A charter bus from Plantation drops the group at the main entrance loop and stages in the large vehicle areas at the park's perimeter, keeping the group together instead of scattered across the SR-84 parking corridor.
Group event reservations at Markham Park are handled through Broward County Parks. Phone: (954) 357-8868

Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center
The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center (1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) is a 600,000-square-foot facility on Fort Lauderdale's downtown waterfront, about 10 miles east of Plantation via I-595 and I-95 South. It hosts major trade shows, conventions, and public events year-round, and the surrounding downtown Fort Lauderdale parking situation is predictably difficult during large events — garages on SE 17th Street and Eisenhower Boulevard fill well before registration opens. A Plantation corporate charter bus running shuttle loops from hotel blocks near Plantation and Davie to the Convention Center loading zones resolves the parking math entirely.
Commercial vehicle drop-off uses the designated loading areas on Eisenhower Boulevard — confirm your specific approach with the venue before event day. Phone: (954) 765-5900

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) hosts Dolphins games, University of Miami football, the Miami Open tennis tournament, Formula 1 Grand Prix racing, and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches — it's a 30-mile run south from Plantation via the Florida Turnpike, and a trip the whole group should make together. The official rideshare pickup zone at Lot 44 puts fans roughly 25 minutes on foot from the stadium gates after the game. The HRS Express complimentary shuttle runs from Lot 70 and Lot 95 to the north gate, but pre-paid parking is required and day-of availability in primary lots is not guaranteed.
A charter bus from Plantation drops the group directly at the stadium approach and eliminates the lot-to-lot coordination entirely. Review the Hard Rock Stadium parking page for current lot assignments and road closure schedules before game day. Phone: (305) 943-8000

Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale
Las Olas Boulevard is Fort Lauderdale's primary restaurant, bar, and nightlife corridor — a 12-mile run east from Plantation via Broward Boulevard, lined with restaurants, rooftop bars, and live music venues between SE 6th Avenue and the Intracoastal Waterway. Street parking on Las Olas is metered, monitored until midnight on weekends, and nearly impossible to find on Friday and Saturday nights during peak season (October–April). The rideshare queue on Las Olas itself backs up past midnight, with surge pricing hitting 2–3x on busy weekend nights.
A party bus from Plantation stages nearby while the group moves between stops, which is the only way to run a multi-venue Las Olas night without someone managing logistics the whole time. For the most current parking information on Las Olas, check the City of Fort Lauderdale parking page.

Sawgrass Mills Mall
Sawgrass Mills (12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323) is one of the largest outlet and retail malls in the United States, with over 350 stores across a 2.3-million-square-foot footprint about 7 miles northwest of Plantation via SR-84 West and Flamingo Road. It draws massive crowds on holiday weekends, tax-free shopping days, and summer tourist season — surface lot parking is plentiful but the entry/exit corridors on Sunrise Boulevard and Flamingo Road back up badly during peak periods. For large shopping groups, employee events, or retail staff shuttles, a minibus from Plantation is a practical fit: it navigates the ring road around the mall efficiently and drops the group at the anchor entrance closest to their stores.
The mall's bus and commercial vehicle staging area is on the outer perimeter ring road. Phone: (954) 846-2300
